How does shipping and delivery work?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery status in real time.
If you haven’t received a tracking link, check your spam folder or contact us at support@viverralife.com.

How much do I pay for shipping?

All orders include FREE and fast delivery World-wide, no matter how many products you order.

When will my order arrive?

Orders within New Zealand typically arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch.
International orders usually arrive within 7–14 business days, depending on customs processing and your local courier.

How do I track my order?

Yay, time to celebrate – your order is on its way! After we pass your order to NZ Post, we will send you a shipping confirmation email which will have a ‘Track Order’ button. This will take you directly to the NZ Post site so you can follow the live tracking updates!

Haven’t received your shipping confirmation email yet? Check your spam folder too (it may have ended up there).

Are there any customs/import fees?

Some countries may charge customs duties or taxes upon arrival — these are not included in our product prices and may be collected by your local authority.
We recommend checking your country’s import policies so you know what to expect before ordering.

 What is Vivera ?

Vivera is a 100 % pure leaf supplement made from the Moringa oleifera tree — known as the“miracle tree”for its rich nutrient profile.
Each capsule contains vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that support natural energy, focus, and general wellbeing — all from plants.

How do I use it?

Take 2 capsules daily with food and water.
Consistency is key — Moringa works best as a daily wellness ritual to help you feel balanced and energized over time.

Is it safe and vegan‑friendly?

Yes 🌿 All Vivera capsules are completely plant‑based, vegan friendly, and made without additives or preservatives.
Moringa is considered a safe superfood when taken at the recommended serving. If you have a medical condition or are pregnant, please consult your health professional first.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk purchase discounts?

Yes! If you’d like to stock or purchase Vivera in larger quantities, reach out to us at support@viverralife.com and our team will create a custom wholesale plan for you.

Can I send an order as a gift?

Absolutely! You can ship directly to a friend or family member by entering their address at checkout.
We don’t include pricing in packages, so your gift remains a pleasant surprise.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you have a returns policy?

Yes! If something is wrong with your order, we’re here to help.
We gladly replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Reach out within 14 days of delivery at support@viverralife.com with your order number and photo so we can make it right.

How long do I have to return the products?

You have 14 days from the date your order arrives to let us know about any issues.
Because we sell supplements, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused items for safety reasons.

Can I return my order for a refund?

Absolutely — if your product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we’ll happily refund or resend your order.
We cannot issue refunds for opened bottles or items purchased through third‑party retailers.

Do I have to pay for returns?

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged goods, etc.), we’ll cover the cost.
If you change your mind on an unopened product, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping fee.

How long does it take for my return/exchange to be processed?

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it within 2–3 business days and notify you of the approval status.
Replacements ship out immediately after approval.

How long does it take for my refund to be processed?

After your return is approved, the refund is processed within 3–5 business days.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days to appear in your account.

How secure is your payment?

Your security is our top priority. All payments are processed through Shopify’s encrypted checkout system, which meets the highest industry security standards (PCI DSS Level 1).
We never store or have access to your credit‑card details — everything is handled safely and privately.

What payment types do you offer?

We accept all major payment methods, including:

Do you have payment plan options?

Unfortunately, we don't currently offer any split pay options (like Afterpay, Klarna or ZipPay). These are coming soon though!

How do I use a discount code?

Simply enter your discount or promo code in the “Discount Code” box at checkout and click Apply before completing your payment.
Your discount will be visible immediately in the order summary.

I forgot to use my discount code!

No worries — we’ve all been there.
Please email us at support@viverralife.com within 24 hours of placing your order, and we’ll do our best to adjust it for you if eligible.

What currency is the store in?

All orders are processed in New Zealand dollars (NZD).
For international customers, your bank or payment provider will automatically convert the amount into your local currency at the current exchange rate.

Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to cancel or make changes, contact us immediately. We’ll do our best to assist, but please note that once an order is shipped, changes may not be possible.
